This person will guide the organization's culture, aligning with strategy, goals, and industry best practices.
If selected, you will lead HR, recruit top talent, manage benefits, facilitate, and deliver organizational training, and develop people at all levels in the organization.

years' experience required.

years of progressive HR experience required, strong business acumen.

SPHR certification preferred.
Prior experience with managing HRIS.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Must have a strong HR generalist background including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and training and development.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
