We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal field, be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals Answer phone calls and respond appropriately Follow up with clients and respond to emails Process documents from the electronic filing system Assist with client meetings and other tasks as assigned by the attorney or management Maintain a current knowledge of the practices of the firm's attorneys and management Provide professional legal representation to clients in matters that may require discretion, confidentiality, or judgment to win a case.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant required; prior legal office experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
