Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager

This position will handle all commercial lines service and marketing of new and renewal commercial accounts. The successful candidate will be committed to keeping service workflow current and work closely with the commercial lines producer to market, and remarket accounts 90 - 120 days prior to effective dates.
This is a team environment that works together to maximize the location goals and a shared bonus plan. A minimum of 3 years commercial insurance as CSR/Account Manager experience is required.
Successful candidate must bring strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. And, must be proficient in excel, experienced in working in a paperless agency management system (AMS360 preferred), and possess outstanding communication skills; verbal, written and in person. Missouri licensed in Property and Casualty.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
