Business Operations Analyst

Position Summary
Our Business Operations Analyst is responsible for developing a core understanding of our organizational activity in order to analyze and interpret facility-wide data.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Research, compile, and analyze data collected from various internal departments. Explain results, answer questions, and provide additional analysis if necessary.
May create and maintain databases and reports. Identify variances between expected and actual results.
Develop and distribute ad hoc and recurring reports across all departments, including upper level management, as relating to utilization, procurement, capacity, logistics, and operations.
Make recommendations for business decisions based on data analysis as well as recommend changes for systems, processes, operations, etc.
Special projects and duties as assigned
Required Skills/Competencies
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate and maintain composure under pressure
Proven dedication to the role by being punctual and understanding the importance of fulfilling the role daily
Education Required
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Experience Required
2 ? 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations analysis or engineering

Physical/Work Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods, working at a desk and/or attending meetings.
Use various computer and office equipment as well as be able to move throughout the office and manufacturing area in order to talk/hear or otherwise communicate with employees, management, customers, vendors, and others.
Noise level in the work environment ranges from quite to loud.
Employee will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the plant floor.
Work Environment: Normal work environment is a typical office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the shop floor.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
