We combine metallurgical expertise in titanium and aluminum with vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities--including casting, forging, extruding, hot forming, machining and 3D printing--to produce innovative products for the aerospace, defense and oil and gas markets.     Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages processesrequired for research, development, or quality control of Laboratory products and services; most relative, those engaged in performing chemical and physical analyses and testing; Ensures that all Laboratory policies and processes in practice align with organizational goals and compliance requirements; Establishes departmental goals and operations schedules; Establishes and maintains lab metrics to manage performance to meet expected outputs; Manages NADCAP certification and compliance for the Laboratory; Manages customer compliance requirements for the Laboratory; Upkeep of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), Laboratory retest log; Develops and maintains detailed and structured training material for laboratory equipment and processes; Maintains daily and weekly work schedules and Kronos timekeeping records for all Laboratory hourly employees; Provides leadership for up to 25 laboratory professionals; Handles waste material properly and ensures proper container, labeling, storage and shipping procedures are followed per the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Arconic (AES) procedures; Responds to chemical, oil or acid spills appropriately using onsite spill response and training provided in accordance with RCRA and ATEP procedures; Performs other duties as assigned. #LI-EC1 Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment; Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Material Science or related field from an accredited institution; Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment; Possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, employee relations, quality, productivity and cost; Demonstrated experience in a lead/management position; Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office; Experience with SAP and/or LIMS.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
